Stratford PD: Teen Bicyclist 'With Total Disregard For Traffic' Charged With Reckless Driving A Stratford teen was arrested for reckless driving -- on his bike. The incident took place on Monday, March 25, when the 13-year-old was seen riding his bicycle down the center line of the roadway near Paradise Green, causing a clear traffic hazard, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
