Gun-Wielding Teen Leads Troopers On 30-Mile Pursuit In CT, Police Say A 19-year-old man is facing a host of charges after allegedly leading troopers on a 30-mile highway pursuit through eastern Connecticut. The incident began in New London County, on northbound I-395 in Griswold, when someone called 911 saying another driver had displayed a gun during a road rage incident at around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8. Reckless Tow-Truck Driver Charged After Chase Leads To I-95 Closure, Police Say A man driving a tow truck in a reckless manner on Interstate 95 in Stratford led to the brief shutdown of the roadway as a pursuit ensued when the driver refused to stop.  The incident began around 8:13 a.m. Thursday, when Connecticut State Police received numerous 911 reports of a black tow truck driving in an extremely reckless manner headed southbound on I-95 in Stratford, said the state police.
