The incident took place in New Haven County at the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford on Monday, Aug. 29. Two Thrown Out Of Area Restaurants In Separate Weekend Incidents, Police Say Two area residents were thrown out of restaurants in two separate incidents for allegedly being drunk and acting unruly, police said. Greenwich Police say they responded to the area of 1207 E. Putnam Avenue on Monday, June 17 around 12:45 a.m. on a report of a pedestrian that was stumbling and potentially intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that there was an active arrest warrant for the pedestrian, who was identified as Martin Marusak, 47, of Cos Cob.
