19-Year-Old Charged After Police Break Up Underage Drinking Party In Wilton Police broke up an underage drinking party over the weekend and charged a 19-year-old at his home in Wilton. Officers responded to the residence at 12 Powder Hill Road on Saturday, June 22 at midnight, according to Wilton Police. When they arrived at the home, the offers found a number of underage people who allegedly appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.
