24-Year-Old Accused Of Operating Drug Factory In Danbury After Residents Complaints Complaints from residents of drug dealing led to a several months investigation and the arrest of a Fairfield County man for operating a drug factory. Dakota Lancey, age 24, of Danbury, was charged on Thursday, May 30, by the Danbury Police Department's Special Investigations Division.
