West Rocks Middle School Mourns Death Of Longtime Office Employee NORWALK, Conn. — West Rocks Middle School in Norwalk was in mourning after a longtime office employee died Wednesday morning after a long illness. The Norwalk Public School District announced the death of long-time West Rocks employee Marcia Cappo. "It is with great sadness and regret that we share the passing of longtime West Rocks employee, Marcia Cappo," the district said in a Facebook post. "Mrs. Cappo passed away peacefully this morning after a long illness."  Cappo began her tenure in the West Rocks main office in 2004 and resigned in December due to her illness.  …
