Norwalk-Based Silvermine Productions Looks To Kickstarter For Funding Short "Operation Cavity" Norwalk isn't exactly known as a hotbed of film industry. But that doesn't mean there's no creativity there.  Alex Morsanutto has certainly found inspiration in his hometown of Norwalk. Hailed as an up-and-coming young filmmaker, he started Silvermine Productions, a production company innovating storytelling, in 2012.
