Weston Man Caught Driving Under Influence On Newtown Turnpike, Wilton Police Say A 70-year-old man was nabbed for DUI after police caught him allegedly driving drunk on the Newtown Turnpike in Wilton. Bruce Edward Lorentzen, of Weston, was arrested around 3:17 p.m. on Dec. 18, after Wilton Police officers responded to the turnpike in the area of Stonebridge Road on a report of a drunk driver, Wilton police said. When officers arrived on the scene they found Lorentzen intoxicated and displaying signs of impairment, police said. Lorentzen was placed under arrest after failing to perform one sobriety test to standard and then refusing to take further tests.  He…
