Norwalk Police Officer Promoted To Lieutenant The Norwalk Police Department has promoted an officer to a detective. Detective Michael Pugliese, who has worked for the department since 2012, received the promotion. He has worked in both the Patrol Division and Special Services Division. Detective Pugliese is also a member of the Emergency Services Unit Tactical Response Team.
