Greenwich Woman Charged With DWI After Crossing Double-Yellow Line, Police Say A Greenwich motorist has been charged after police say she crossed the double-yellow line. Greenwich Police say they were on patrol in the area of Horseneck Lane between Field Point Road and Arch Street when they observed a vehicle traveling east and crossing over the painted double-yellow line into the westbound lane of travel on Thursday, July 4 around 3 a.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Martha Maduro, 47, of Greenwich. Maduro was asked to participate in a series of field sobriety tests, which police say she did not pass. Maduro was arrested and charged…
