Ford Recalling 45K Vehicles For Faulty Door Latches That Could Swing Open: Nhtsa Ford announced a recall of more than 45,000 vehicles that have faulty door latches that could potentially break, allowing them to fly open while motorists are driving.  The recall includes the 2015 Ford Fiesta, 2016 Ford Fusion, and 2016 Lincoln MKZ models, according to the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA). Three Cars Stolen In Greenwich, Multiple Vehicles Burglarized Police continue to urge residents to lock their vehicles after three were stolen, and seven entered over the weekend in Greenwich. The thefts and burglaries took place across the town, said Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz. The vehicles stolen include a Ford Expedition from the Riverside section of town, Slusarz said. It was later recovered on Willow Road and a Lincoln on East Putnam Avenue while the owner was shopping, he added.  The third vehicle stolen was a Jeep Cherokee on Sheephill Road. The Ford recall includes 782,000 vehicles in the United States: the 2010 and 2011 Ford Ranger, the 2010 Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX, the 2010 to 2012 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ, the 2010 and 2011 Mercury Milan, and the 2010 to 2014 Ford Mustang.
