Suspect Nabbed With 110 Bags Of Heroin In Fairfield County Fairfield County cops busted a Bronx man with 110 bags of heroin following a tip that he was frequently selling drugs in the area. The Stamford Police Department's Narcotics Unit was on the lookout for Lamor Williams, 47, of the Bronx, when he arrived in town around 7:30 p.m. Friday at Baxter and West avenues, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin. When officers stopped and searched his vehicle he was in possession of 11 bundles of heroin that contained 110 bags of glassine envelopes of heroin, Conklin said.
