Fairfield County Man Killed In I-91 Crash, State Police Say A Fairfield County man was killed in a crash on I-91 south after hitting the rear of a commercial vehicle and losing control, authorities said. Jeremy Bischoff, age 34, of Shelton, was killed early Monday, June 27 in New Haven County in Wallingford. Bischoff was driving a 2016 Kia Soul in the center lane on I-91 southbound around 2 a.m. when he hit the back of a commercial vehicle and lost control, said the Connecticut State Police.
