Greenwich Teen Charged With Sex Assault Remains In Jail This story has been updated. A Greenwich teen arrested on sexual assault charges against a minor remains behind bars after not coming up with the $200,000 bond. According to a Greenwich Police Department arrest report, Jhonny Rosero, 19, was arrested July 13 on a warrant, after an officer recognized him on the street and knew that he was wanted for sexual assault on a victim under 16.
