CT Man Charged With DUI With Child In Car A 35-year-old Connecticut man was busted in Rhode Island for allegedly driving drunk with a 4-year--old in the car. Matthew Chouinard, of Pomfret, was arrested at approximately 8:20 p.m. Sunday, on I-95 North in Richmond after troopers spotted a vehicle being operated erratically, with no headlights or taillights on well after sunset. A four-year-old child was in the car at the time, said Rhode Island State Police Spokeswoman Laura Kirk.
