Shots Fired During Theft Of Catalytic Converter In CT, Police Say Police in Connecticut are searching for several suspects involved in the alleged theft of a catalytic converter and shot fired during the incident. The incident took place around 3:30 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 6 in Manchester when officers responded to the area of Hamlin Street for a report of the theft.
