ID Released Woman Killed While In Middle Of Danbury Road As Well As Motorist Involved A woman who was struck and killed while standing in the middle of a busy area street on Thursday has been identified,  police said. Clemencia Guallpa, 69, of Danbury, was killed around 6:30 a.m., when she was hit while on Franklin Street by a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Angel Cambizaca of Danbury, said Danbury Police Det. Lt. Mark Williams. At the time of the crash, Guallpa did not have any identification and police had put out a description in hopes of finding her identity. According to Williams, family members came forward on Thursday and positively identified Guallpa. …
