'Park Outside:' Ford Recalling 39,000 SUVs Due To Fire Hazard Owners of certain Ford SUVs are being advised to keep their trucks out of the garage due to a risk of under the hood fires that could quickly spread. The automaker announced that it is recalling 39,013 Ford Expedition and Navigators that were built between Dec. 1, 2020, and April 30, 2021, after receiving complaints of under the hood fires. Three Cars Stolen In Greenwich, Multiple Vehicles Burglarized Police continue to urge residents to lock their vehicles after three were stolen, and seven entered over the weekend in Greenwich. The thefts and burglaries took place across the town, said Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz. The vehicles stolen include a Ford Expedition from the Riverside section of town, Slusarz said. It was later recovered on Willow Road and a Lincoln on East Putnam Avenue while the owner was shopping, he added.  The third vehicle stolen was a Jeep Cherokee on Sheephill Road. The automaker is recalling certain 2015 through 2017 Ford Transit vehicles, 2019 Ford Edge vehicles and 2019 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator vehicles in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
