Shannon Calhoun, 47, of Bridgeport, has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after he was found in possession of a .40 caliber handgun on May 22. At the time of his arrest, Calhoun was also in possession of approximately eight pounds of marijuana and hundreds of dollars in cash. The court charged Rocky Samas, also known as ‘Twin,’ with one count of possession with intent to distribute 28 grams or more of cocaine base (‘crack’) and one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine on Monday, Nov. 19.
