Cause Of Death Released After Bodies Of Missing CT Teens Found In River
Officials have announced that the cause of death for two teenage boys whose bodies were located in a river in Connecticut. Large rescue teams had been searching the area surrounding the Farmington River due to high and rough waters, for the teens who were reported missing by their families on Thursday, July 15. Personal belongings, including their cellphones and clothing, were found on the banks of the river in Plainview. Two Teens Go Missing While Swimming In Connecticut
Numerous first responders are searching for two missing teen swimmers whose belongings were found by a river in Connecticut. Crews started searching the waters of the Farmington River on Thursday, July 15 for the two boys, both of Plainview, where they were last seen swimming. The search was called off at nightfall, but returned early Friday, July 16, officials said. Plainville police, state police, and the Deep officials are involved in the search. Body Of 19-Year-Old Recovered In Farmington River
A 19-year-old man who was swimming in the Farmington River drowned after disappearing in an area of water at least 20-feet deep. The incident took place in Hartford County around 1:40 p.m., Sunday, June 7, when the Farmington Police Department received a 911 call reporting a man was drowning in the river behind the Tunxis Meade Park.
