Woman Charged After Police Receive Report Of Attack On Man In Front Of Westport Gas Station A woman was charged after Westport police received a report of an attack in front of a gas station, officials say. The incident occurred on Wednesday, Nov. 14 around 4:30 p.m. A citizen approached a Westport officer and pointed out a female who was "attacking" a man within a vehicle outside of an Exxon parking lot in Westport. Officers arrived to observe blood on the outside of the vehicle’s driver side door. The driver was identified as Charlene Smith of Westport.
