Westport Police Add Electric 2020 Telsa To Fleet The future is coming for a Fairfield County Police Department, which is adding a brand new Tesla to its fleet of squad cars. The Westport Police Department purchased a fully electric 2020 Tesla Model 3, becoming the first in Connecticut.
