Former Trumbull Man Nabbed For Violating Protective Order A  former Fairfield County resident was charged with several counts of violation of a protective order after he contacted family members via electronic communication. On Feb. 5, Raymond Genet, 49, of Cranston R.I., was issued a full no-contact order from the court prohibiting him from having contact of any kind, with his ex-wife and family, said Trumbull Police Capt. Keith Golding.  Genet ignored the order and used various forms of electronic communications to contact his family throughout the summer from June through August, Golding said.
