Stamford Man Busted In Greenwich Driving Over 100 MPH While Drunk, Police Say A Fairfield County man was charged with alleged DUI and reckless driving after being stopped by Connecticut State Police. The incident occurred in Fairfield County around 1:15 a.m., Wednesday, March 6 in Greenwich. According to Connecticut State Police, a trooper was parked on the right shoulder of I-95 southbound near Exit 3 in Greenwich for a traffic stop when a Toyota Tacoma passed their cruiser at an excessive rate of speed and failed to move over.
