Man Caught Hiding Cocaine, Pot In Groin, Stratford Police Say Low-hanging pants and a bulging groin led to the arrest of an area man for alleged possession of cocaine and pot. Edward Johnson, 28, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Monday, March 11, when members of the Stratford Police Department's Narcotics Vice and Intel Unit stopped his vehicle on Stratford Avenue for minor violations, said Stratford Police Capt.
