PAL Scholarships Available To Norwalk High School Students For those interested in pursuing a career in public safety, the Norwalk Police Activities League (PAL) announces applications for their annual scholarships are now available. All Norwalk residents currently attending a Norwalk high school are eligible to apply, the Norwalk Police Department said.  Students must be a graduating senior in good standing and plan to attend an accredited college or university in 2019.  Up to four $2,500 scholarships may be awarded.
