A 48-year-old area man was arrested for allegedly attacking a victim and forcing his face into a puddle of water during the assault, Milford Police said. Teens 'Actively Going Through Vehicles' In Parking Lot Caught After Foot Chase, Search A pair of teens, including one from Fairfield County, who police observed going through vehicles in an area parking lot were taken into custody after attempting to flee from officers, Milford Police said. The arrests were made overnight at Mariners Walk near East Broadway in Milford. After receiving a report from an area resident, responding officers observed the two "actively going through vehicles" in the parking lot at around 3 a.m. Monday, they attempted to apprehend the two, who then ran on foot toward a wooded area, police said.
