Man, 49, With Child In Vehicle Under Influence, Police Say A 49-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence after Stamford Police saw a 2-year-old child in the vehicle without being in a car seat. Rigoberto Contreras, address unknown, was arrested on Saturday after an officer working a special "operating under the influence" detail saw a blue Nissan Quest traveling east on East Main Street with a defective muffler, Stamford Police said.
