Divorce Case Of Missing Mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, Fotis Dulos Officially Dismissed The contentious divorce of Fotis Dulos and missing Fairfield County mom Jennifer Farber Dulos has officially been dismissed. The case was dismissed on Tuesday, Feb. 4, by Superior Court Judge Donna Heller, who has presided over the case since it began more than two-and-half years ago. Heller said in dismissal order that a marriage is dissolved by the death of one of the parties.
