Dinosaur Bar-b-que Closes Stamford Location A popular restaurant in Fairfield County will be closing its doors permanently. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has closed its Stamford location on Canal Street after being forced to shut down indoor dining due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. A spokesperson for the restaurant chain, which has multiple locations throughout the tristate area and upstate New York, said that the Stamford location was “very large” and it was no longer viable to keep it open after COVID-19 hit. Man Busted For Dealing Drugs At Stamford Restaurant Where He Worked A Fairfield County man who worked at a popular barbecue restaurant was allegedly busy dealing drugs in the parking lot while at work. Albert Robinson, 57, of Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday at  Dinosaur Bar-B-Que on Canal Street after officers in the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad spent the day watching him divide his time between working and dealing out of his car in the parking lot, said Stamford Police Capt.
