Man Menaces Officers With Ax In Norwalk, Police Say Two people were arrested, including a man who "menaced" officers with an ax when a Connecticut marshal attempted to serve an eviction notice in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Norwalk around 9 a.m., Monday, Aug. 29 on Sylvester Court. According to Lt. Joe Dinho of the Norwalk Police, the department received a 911 call from a state Marshal attempting to serve an eviction order at Sylvester Court residence.  He reported that there was a group gathered at the address interfering with his ability to perform his duties, Dinho said.
