Online Gambling Scam: 23-Year-Old Suspect From Norwalk Charged
A Fairfield County man who worked as a shuffler for an online gaming company with live dealers has been charged in an alleged cheating scam in which he made more than $47,000. In January 2023, members of the statewide Organized Crime Investigative Task Force received a criminal referral from the Department of Consumer Protection of a cheating scam involving a dealer at live casino operator, Evolution, located in the town of Fairfield, said the Connecticut State Police.
