Missing 20-Month-Old Norwalk Baby Found
The Silver Alert that was issued for a missing 1-year-old in Norwalk has been lifted after the infant was located. The Norwalk Police Department announced that the Silver Alert for 20-month old Charmae Brown has been canceled after she was located and found to be safe and sound, police said.
