Bridgeport Murder Suspect Nabbed In Georgia, Police Say A Bridgeport man wanted since 2020 for allegedly killing another man was nabbed down south. On Monday, July 10, detectives from the Bridgeport Police Homicide Squad confirmed with law enforcement officers in Fulton County, Georgia that they had in their custody 58-year-old Anthony Marion of Bridgeport, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police.  Marion was wanted for the Thursday, Dec.  3, 2020, stabbing assault of Gregory Williams that resulted in his death on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022, Gilleran said. Police Seeking Public's Help To ID Homicide Victim In Bridgeport Bridgeport Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a man who was found dead inside a garage. The man was found in Bridgeport around 10:15 a.m., Tuesday, March 21 when officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the area of North Avenue and Clinton Avenue, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran, of the Bridgeport Police. Responding officers canvassed the area on foot and ultimately located an unresponsive man laying inside a garage in the 900 block of Clinton Avenue, Gilleran said.
