Man Drags Victim To Puddle In Road, Forces Face Underwater During Fight, Police Say

A 48-year-old area man was arrested for allegedly attacking a victim and forcing his face into a puddle of water during the assault, Milford Police said.
Bernard DeSantis, of Milford, was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 18, on charges of assault and breach of peace after Milford Police responded to an East Broadway residence for the report of a fight, said the Milford Police.
According to police, an investigation found that DeSantis had allegedly hit the victim multiple times and then dragged him to a puddle in the roadway and pushed his face in the water, police said…
