A 23-year-old woman from Westchester is credited with possibly helping delay Judge Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination to allow for an FBI investigation of allegations against him. The Senate Judiciary Committee officially voted to move Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination forward on Friday, Sept. 28, by an 11-10 partisan vote. However, Republican Sen.
