Fast-Moving Norwalk Fire: 7 Rescued With Ladders From 2nd Floor, Others Down Staircases Some 21 people were left displaced following a large fire at a senior housing facility in Fairfield County where several residents were rescued from the second floor with ladders and others down staircases.
