Alert Issued For Man Wanted For Robbing Bank In Norwalk Police are seeking the public's help to identify a man who was caught robbing an area Stop & Shop on surveillance footage. According to police, no weapon was brandished during the robbery the People's Bank inside the Atop & Shop at 380 Main Avenue in Norwalk on Monday, Sept. 28 at approximately 2:45 p.m. Anyone who recognizes the individual pictured above is asked to contact Detective Courtney Downer at 203-854-3182 or cdowner@norwalkct.org.
