47-Year-Old Stamford 911 Dispatcher Killed In I-95 Crash In Greenwich Connecticut State Police are searching for witnesses after a fatal two-vehicle crash on I-95 in Greenwich. Colin D. Kennedy, age 47, of Stamford, was killed around 1:45 a.m., Friday, June 30 on I-95 after drifting out of his lane and eventually hitting another car head-on, said the Connecticut State Police.  According to Stamford Police Assistant Chief Richard Conklin, Kennedy was a 911 dispatcher who has worked with the city since October 2005.
