FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. The Connecticut Wolfpack baseball team won the 13-and-under Triple Crown 11th Annual Columbus Day Championship, going 4-0 on the weekend.
The team earned a bid to go to Myrtle Beach, S.C., and compete in the National Tournament.
The team is made up of players from Fairfield County. They include: Richard Brereton, Brendan Bucher, Jack Cohen, Thomas Cullimore, Clay Curley, John Dedominico, Zavier Espinel, CJ Hanrahan, John Hazzard, Chris Kral, Connor Lynch, Mack Muller, Jack Oricoli, Chris Ray, Max Richlin, Andrew Van Riper, Tyler Wincig and Jono Zarrilli. The Wolfpack are coached by Mike Fournier and Dave Domkowski.
