Westport Little League Baseball and Softball invites coaches to a clinic Sunday at Long Lots Elementary School. The Big Al Parent Coaching Clinic will feature two sessions, for coaches of players ages 9 to 13 and ages 5 to 8. The morning clinic from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will help coaches learn how to teach fundamental skills and plan fun and effective practices. The afternoon session from 1 to 4:30 p.m. will help coaches introduce skills in a fun and effective way.
The clinics are free for Westport residents and $25 for others. More information is available on the Westport Little League website.
