The University of Connecticut men's and women's basketball teams released their home schedules Wednesday. The men play their regular season opener on Nov. 11 against Columbia, and the women open Nov. 13 against Holy Cross.
The defending national champion Huskies also have Wagner, Maine, Coppin State, Arkansas, Harvard, Holy Cross and Fairfield. The Stags visit UConn on Dec. 22 for a game in Hartford. UConn plays its home Big East opener on Dec. 31 at Hartford against St. John's.
The women have non-league home games against Pacific, Stanford, Fairleigh Dickenson, Buffalo, Dayton, Towson, Texas A&M and Fairfield. They play their Big East home opener vs. West Virginia on Jan. 4. For complete information, visit the UConn sports Website.
