Tickets for the sixth annual SportsNight Hall of Fame awards dinner are now on sale at discounted prices. SportsNight takes place Monday, Oct 18, at 6 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich. From July 15 to Sept. 15 dinner tickets are $115, a $10 discount. Tables for 10 are $1,150, a $100 savings from the price after Sept. 15.
The six newest inductees to the Fairfield County Sports Hall of Fame will be honored. They are: Garry Cobb, Amanda Pape, and the late Mickey Lione, all from Stamford; Stratford's John Hirschbeck, Bridgeport's Alvin Clinkscales and Trumbull's Vito Montelli. Sports Persons of the Year from 15 county communities will also be recognized.
