The Wilton YMCA and seven other clubs in Fairfield County will host the 28th annual Wilton Open paddle tennis tournament Saturday, March 19. The competition will feature Open and "B" draws.
Players can register online at www.paddlepro.com/wiltonopen. The event will feature music by Wilton Steel, as well as favors, a barbecue lunch, drinks and prizes.
The entry deadline is Monday, March 14. Each draw limited to first 32 teams. All proceeds benefit the Wilton Family YMCA.
Fans can support the players beginning at 8 a.m. March 19 at the Wilton Y, Wilton Riding Club, New Canaan Country Club, New Canaan Field Club, Westport Hunt Club, Aspetuck Country Club, Patterson Club and the Lake Club. The semifinals will start at 1:30 p.m. and the finals at about 3:30 p.m. at the Wilton YMCA.
