NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Cal Ripken baseball league is still taking player registrations, but time is running out.
The league will be at Fox Run School from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the next three Saturdays: Feb. 18, 2012, Feb. 25, 2012 and March 4, 2012. Parents and players are encouraged to come to the school to submit registrations or just to learn more about the league.
If you can't come in person, go to the league website and click on the Registration box to print out a PDF registration form. Registrants can mail it it to the address on the form.
In order to participate, players must be between 4 and 12 years old as of April 30, 2012. Norwalk Cal Ripken stresses the teaching of baseball fundamentals, sportsmanship and teamwork.
