The Norwalk Stingrays defeated Weston on penalty kicks Saturday at the Westport Invitational Soccer Tournament. After the teams played to a 1-1 tie in regulation, they moved to penalty kicks, where Norwalk scored three times and Weston twice. The tournament was hosted by the Westport Soccer Association.
