Springboard diving lessons for all levels of divers, under the direction of the coaching staff of Next Generation Diving, are available at the Norwalk YMCA. Young divers will learn the fundamentals needed to dive safely, for fun and/or for competition. Children ages 7 and up can register, and they must be able to swim the length of the pool.
