Finn wrote on the website about what he enjoys most about playing football is the friendships he has developed.
“Coming into freshman year of high school, I knew a handful of kids trying out for the team,’’ he said. “Now, halfway through senior year, I can honestly say that most of my best friends are on the team with me. There is nothing comparable to the bonds we develop as a team through the countless number of days sweating, shouting, crying, smiling and laughing together. Most of my memories of high school will consist of something that happened between one of my teammates and I, whether it was on the field or somewhere else. I have developed great trust and friendships in my teammates through football. As my coach always says, it takes 11 players to do their job correctly for a play to have success, and that's what makes this sport the greatest team sport ever.”
