The game will be broadcast on NBC Sports Network.
The U.S. hockey team lost Friday to Canada, 1-0, to end up in the bronze-medal game. Canada, which won gold in 2010 in Vancouver, will go for a repeat as it takes on Sweden at 7 a.m. Sunday in the final match-up of the Sochi Olympics.
The Olympics started on an emotional high for the U.S. team with a big win over Slovakia followed by a victory over archrival Russa with a shoot-out victory just a week ago.
The team has posted a 4-1 record at the Olympics thus far. Here are the results:
- Feb. 13: Win , 7-1, over Slovakia
- Feb. 15: Win, 3-2 (shoot-out), over Russia
- Feb. 16: Win, 5-1, over Slovenia
- Feb. 19: Win, 5-2, over Czech Republic (Quarterfinals)
- Feb. 21: Lost, 0-1 to Canada (Semifinals)
The U.S. women's hockey team lost an emotional final game to Canada on Thursday, falling 3-2 after leading most of the game. Canada won gold again, and the U.S. settled for silver.
