Hitachi Capital and Reed Expo advanced with victories Monday in the Norwalk Industrial League city tournament. Hitachi Capital defeated Stew Leonards while Reed Expo topped the Norwalk Police Department, 55-42. Reed Expo will play Norwalk Hospital while Hitachi Capital will meet Meroviniganis in quarterfinal round games. Both games are Monday at Franklin Middle School.
In first-round games Wednesday night, Johnnie Walker meets Mercer A at 6:30 p.m. and Webloyalty.com meets Mercer B at 7:30 p.m. at Franklin.
The Parks and Recreation Department will hold a mandatory meeting Tuesday at 6 p.m. to distribute information about the upcoming season. All teams are encouraged to send a representative.
